1. Product Functions |
| The
function of the tester for CR high-pressure pumps is to provide the
desired signal to drive the solenoid in the pump being tested. Two
models of the repair testers have been designed, one tester is for
Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3, and Delphi's pumps, the other is for Denso's U2
pump. |
2.Design Features
Modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of the solenoid of the CR pump
Adjustable duty cycle for the driving signal
Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving
signalMeasure and LCD display rail pressure
The tester model for Denso U2 pump inputs and processes the signal from pump speed sensor on the U2 pump, and ensure the driving signal synchronous with pump speed.
