1. Product Functions |
| The
EUP repair tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified
EUP adapter kits and an electronic controller. The cam box will be
installed on a standard high pressure pump test bench. The EUP being
tested will be installed in the cam box with the adapter. The
electronic controller provides signal to drive the EUP solenoid
synchronous with cam shaft rotation. The EUP fuel outlet is
connected through high pressure fuel line to an injector. The EUP
fuel injection quantities can be checked at given speeds and loads
to judge its quality. |
2.Design Features
A silicon oil torsional damper is installed on the driving end of the cam shaft to reduce the pulsational unevenness of the cam shaft due to fuel injection.
A speed sensor is mounted on the cam box and its signal feed to the controller.Therefore, the driving signal is synchronous with cam shaft without the need for external speed sensor.
Modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of EUP solenoid.
The start of injection (SOI) angle and pulse width of solenoid driving signal are user adjustable.
Short
circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving signal

Product Models
The standard cam box is designed to be stalled on a Bosch 815 type pump test bench.
The installation height of the EUP cam box (from the cam center to the top surface of the test bench) is 125mm.
The cam box may be customized for special required installation height.
