Common Rail System Tester For Denso-U2

This CR System Repair Tester targets Denso CR systems with an ECD-U2 pump. It simulates the Denso engine ECU, to drive two solenoids on an ECD-U2 pump and solenoids of 6 CR injectors.

A standard high pressure pump test stand with a CR system tester will achieve most tasks for repairing a Denso ECD-U2 system and the components, such as injection quantities, injector fuel return, nozzle injection spray atomization, pump condition and fuel rail pressure control.
