With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental issues and the stricter emission standards for automobiles, diesel high-pressure common rail technology has gradually developed. The main core component of the high-pressure common rail injection system is the fuel injector. The high-pressure common rail injection system has the following characteristics: high injection pressure, high injection pressure can increase diesel atomization and improve the combustion process, greatly reducing pollutant emissions. In the high-pressure common rail system, the generation process of the common rail pipe pressure is separated from the fuel injection process of the injector, so that the oil pressure generation is independent of the engine speed and the amount of diesel injection. The high-pressure diesel is stored in the common rail for injection, and whether each cylinder injector is injected It is determined by the computer control of the injector solenoid valve. The flexible control of the fuel injection rate, real-time adjustment of the fuel injection timing, control of the fuel injection quantity, fuel injection rate formation, etc., to form the ideal injection law. In this paper, through the analysis of BOSCH's high-pressure common rail injection system, and the thickness of the injection nozzle gasket was changed, the change value of the injection quantity, injection time, and oil return under different working conditions was obtained. After analyzing the numerical values, the following conclusions are drawn. First, changing the thickness parameter of the gasket has an effect on the injection quantity and the return quantity. And the change relationship between them is not a linear relationship, but an irregular curve relationship. Second, changing the thickness parameter of the gasket will not affect the injection time. It can be seen that the control of the injection time has nothing to do with the thickness of the gasket.
