PT fuel pump system failure checking
3) Excessive leakage of the throttle valve. The throttle valve shaft is scratched or the throttle valve fits too much in the sleeve, etc., which will cause the throttle valve to leak. When the leakage of the throttle valve is too large, the enlarged throttle valve shaft can be replaced, and if necessary, it should be ground to the normal matching clearance.
4) The starting oil pressure of the fuel pump is low. When the fuel pump is damaged, the fuel pressure drops and the fuel supply decreases, which makes the diesel engine unable to bear the load and difficult to start. After repair, it should be tested on the test bench according to the technical requirements. If there is no test bench, it can be tested on the car. The method is to use the oil pressure gauge to connect between the oil pump and the filter to test. When the diesel engine is started to normal speed, the general pressure is 0.05 ~ 0.20MPa.
