Introduction of working principle of solenoid valve
Solenoid valve, whose English name is Electromagnetic value, is an automatic basic component used to control fluid. It is often used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. The solenoid valve has high precision, good flexibility, Features such as multiple models and wide applications. There are many types of solenoid valves, and different solenoid valves can play their roles in different positions of the control system.
There is a closed cavity inside the solenoid valve. In the middle of the cavity is the piston. On both sides of the cavity are two electromagnets. Once the solenoid coil is energized, the valve body will be attracted to the direction of the energized electromagnet. There are through holes connected to different oil pipes, so the part of the oil drain hole can be selected to open by controlling the movement of the valve body; because the oil inlet hole is in the normally open state, the movement of the valve body makes the hydraulic oil enter different drain pipes. The pressure of the oil pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, and then pushes the piston rod, thereby driving the mechanical device. Using this principle, the function of controlling the mechanical movement by controlling the on and off of the electromagnet current can be realized.
