PDQ400S Double Spring Nozzle Tester is the special instrument to measure and display the pressure. It adopts MCS-51 Microcontroller to collect, process and display sensor signals. The instrument has High precision analog, unique linear processes, so that the instrument can ensure high precision and reliable operation.

1). Use normally
a. Contact sensor and power cable to the right place on back of instrument.
b. Checking the instrument power. After confirmation, you can turn on the power switch.
c. Now the indicator light on Button 'Set' is not light, the gauge lists normal actual pressure.
2). Gauge and Pressure Sensor's Adaptive
a. Press 'Set', Turn on and start the instrument.
b. Gauge listing 'V_1.0'. Loosing key, it lists '00.00'. Adjusting sensor pressure to 0Mpa, when the pressure stabilization, press 'Set' key.
c. Gauge listing '10.00', Adjusting sensor pressure to 10Mpa, when the pressure stabilization, press 'Set' key.
d. Gauge listing '20.00', Adjusting sensor pressure to 20Mpa, when the pressure stabilization, press 'Set' key.
e. Gauge listing '30.00', Adjusting sensor pressure to 30Mpa, when the pressure stabilization, press 'Set' key.
f. Gauge listing '40.00', Adjusting sensor pressure to 40Mpa, when the pressure stabilization, press 'Set' key.
g. Gauge listing 'V_1.0', all process over.
h. Turn off. Then restart to recover normal working.
Only when the displaying pressure valve is not accordance with actual pressure, you can do as the above process.
1). Don't open the instrument to repair it, except maintenance man.
2). Don't open the instrument when it is power on.
3). Don't use hard appliance press key when the instrument is in operation.
4). Keep well earthing.
